I don’t look pudgy and my diet is pretty balanced.
I don’t overeat and I do not really drink soda or any soft drinks. I like my veggies and fruits. I eat a moderate amount of sweets, I exercise, play outside alot and I love soccer and I love to swim.
I think I look slightly pudgy but everyone else thinks I look broad and slightly muscular.
Do I sound fat and if so, what is a good workout schedule for someone my age?
