weight lifting at your age will stunt your heigh; you will grow much slower.
but if you want to a way to bench more.... have someone spot you (get behind you) and lift something heavy enough so you can only do it for about 3-5 reps.. keep doing that and slowing add more pounds... and over the time you will be more than twice as strong... (never go for light weight and high reps if you are trying to get stronger)

chest press, push ups, pull ups and bench in incroments like 100 125 150 175 200 dont over do it, it sux hella
