Okay, by very fat, I mean 200 lbs. I'd like to diet, but not to noticeble, and not health freak. I am on the swim team, (like 50 yds freestyle in 32 seconds) I practice 2-3 days a week. I also have colorgaurd. Once marching season is o ver, I will swim 4 days a week, and our PE program is very involved, with 2 cardio days a week, and a mile run every other week, so I will get plenty of exercise. I would just like some help. Thanks!
