can't get to the sight to answer questions of second survey whats up with that? I have been trying for days and I keep getting this stupid page whats up with that?

why isnt this the site to take your survey,

I haven't received a survey invite nor product test in about 2yrs now. Every few months, I get an email from them saying this is a reminder, if I want to opt out, click the link below or call the 800 number.
Hell I'm a smoker, a pack a day. Why would I want to opt out?
Also can never find a website for them, neither npop, nor cybercept. Pretty weird.

Firstly, one of the people up top had a semicolon in the address ( rather than a colon(, so that's the first problem. Secondly, most people type this into a search engine, like Google, or Yahoo, when it needs to be typed into the actual address bar at the top. And thirdly, if you're a part of the panel, you have a phone number to call them to ask them for help logging in, report that the website is down, or conduct the survey over the phone, so none of this complaining really makes any sense.
