I'm 130lbs, and i want to lose about 15 lbs. i'm pretty short, so i look a little fat.

ok here goes.

i eat 1,000 calories a day........................... because i heard that you NATURALLY burn as many calories as your weight number when you add a zero.
so i'm 130 lbs. i burn 1300 calories naturally thru the day.

then 4 exercise.

i run 1 and 1/2 miles, then walk 1/2.


then later that day, i do the same thing.

So, thru the day, i calculated that i lose about 600 calories a day.
and 3500 calories is a pound.
So i lose a lil more than a pound a week.

Now to me, that sounds like not a lot... Its realllllly hard for me to not eat, and i exercise about 4 miles a day, and i lose a pound a week??? hmmmm..... Help./
