This morning for breakfast I had 1 container of yogurt (not low-fat. 200 calories, 4.5 g of fat & 5 grams of protein)...and a medium apple, and 16oz of water.

I really do not like low-fat yogurt. Often times it is made with Splenda or other artificial sweetners and those just make me feel sick. I'm trying to lose 10lbs by Christmas (december 25th).

Should I just skip the yogurt all together? I realize that regular yogurt has a lot of calories...but its so good for you. (the live active cultures- the calcium, and it has added vitiman D & A)
