how would you answer these questions?
1. What grounds or centers you in life?
2. What pushes or pulls you out-of-balance?
3. What are your out-of-balance red flags?
4. What is your response to being out-of-balance?
I have to answer these for a journal prompt but I am not sure if I understand them correctly. I think if I see how others answer them, then I can answer them based on me.
