Thread: How would I tell my father I smoke marijuana.?

I'm 17, and in high school. Im not the best student with about a 78 average. I intend to go to school for music.
I would like to tell my father I smoke marijuana because i do not like lying to him. The issue is my family has a history of abuse for every drug possible. Alcohol, heroine, PCP, pain killers, cocain, and marijuana.
I do drink, but not a huge drinker, and I have been caught but lied by saying I only had half a can (the count was 3 or 4).
I am addicted to ciggerettes (Malboro Red's) but have never been caught.

I know there is absolutly nothing wrong with marijuana and i would apreciate a response other then someone saying it is harmful, because i know its not. I have spent many hours researching this, and have come to the concusion that it only has short term negative affects on a certain brain cell that does regrow within a few weeks.

well it is illegal to have possession or to be smoking it so thats something wrong with it right there.

If you're dad had issues with addiction just openly tell him. It sounds that he will understand more than you give him credit for.

it just kills brain cells. just tell your dad that you are addicted to marijuana.
