i feel silly asking this because you guys are not doctors but i just want your opinion

breakfast two scrambled eggs

lunch one serving of frozen smart ones (chicken, white rice, peppers, celery). i know brown would have been better.

snack small bag of peanuts (smaller tan my palm) and a small bag of pita chips with parmesan cheese and garlic (i had to buy it for change for the peanuts. id prefer i didnt eat them)

dinner cheeseburger on slice of whole wheat with ketchup. apple.
