Lately, I've been doing a lot of running and tennis, sports that require a lot of use of my legs. I noticed that in the beginning, my legs noticeably thinned down and I didn't have to squeeze into my favorite jeans in order for them to fit.
However, as of late, I've noticed that my legs (thighs and calves) have gotten noticeably larger....they're still solid, but just big.
How do I prevent this? What other sport should I take up doing that's easily accessible?
