Hi, i am a 13, almost 14 year old boy. I want to start to bulk up before high school. I weight around 135 pounds. I am 5'7''. I am kind of chubby, but only around my midsection. My question is, how much time and devotion do i have to get into to actually start seeing results? And, how long does this process take if i actually commit?
How do i start?
I am willing to go to the gym every day.
any help with past experience?
can someone please help me with a certain plan to get buff??
im not sure if i need to lose fat before i see results?
can i work over the fat, because theres not much there?
