heres the thing. since the new year began, i have been determinted to start eating healthy and exercising and loosing weight. well lets just say that my new year didn't start off as according to plan. so i want a new start, beginging sunday or monday. i want to loose around 10 pounds, have my thigh fat go away, make my stomach smaller and tighter, and make my squishy butt, well NOT squishy. and on top of all that, i want to do it right. im not going to skip meals or slip my finger down my thorat. i still want to have the pleasure of eating- without the pounds. so, can you help me? ANYTHING PLEASE!!
