I have been overweight for most of my life. I am ready to make the commitment for a lifestyle change. I have already cut down on unhealthy foods and I am only eating when I'm hungry. I use to eat all the time for no reason. I ordered an exerciser machine. I tried it out before I bought it. I made sure to pick something that is fun for me. I'm also subscribed to health magazines. They have helped me with exercise, nutrition, portion size and etc. But I would like to know how to prepare mentally for living in a new body. I don't want to sabotage myself or stay in a "fat consciousness" because that's what I'm use to. I tried google...Maybe I need better key words but all I got was the basics that I already know ( changing food habits, exercise & etc).
