how serious is cavernous malformations of the brain?

well obviously its pretty bad since its in the brain but my friends cousin texted me today and she told me whats going on with my friend; that she has canvernous malformations of the brain.

basically this girls only 16 and has aids; because she was raped when she was young and she didn't find out until she was 15 getting a physical that she had aids. anyways wednesday she went to the hospital b/c she was having seizures and bleeding out of her nose and mouth. she had another one went unconscious. then woke up a day or two latter. she was fine and improving then she started acting weird one day having seizures and kinda talking gibberish.
now today she was really quite sicne she was out of enery her cousin said. she had about five seizures one in which while she was walking causing her to fracture her ankle.

is there anyways she'll make it out of this okay?
im extremely worried and i know what it is and all; but is it possible for her to have a full recovery?
