I use to have a litle facial fat, but there was a time period when i ate alot and my face became bigger. since then ive lost alot of weight and my body is now back to normal. but my face is snot almost there. is there a way that i can lose facial fat without exercise. because my theory is, i use to exercise for 5 hrs a day adn that caused high testosterone levels,making my jaw alot bigger.i dont want ti to increase anymore and i am now looking for ways to decrease it. i fear if i exercise i will only increase it more. by the way ,im only 15. but efing still!
