I have been taking ultram for some time with no positive effects on my fibromyalgia. I talked to several people about switching from ultram tid , and lyrica tid. TID (three times per day) . Well the people I have spoken with have had positive results with , Calcium Magnesium & Zinc with Vitamin D (tid) , Super B Complex per dose on container, and 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) at bedtime.
The switch from Ultram to 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) if too quick or together can cause "serotonin syndrome" which is something I want to avoid.

So the question is "how quick is ultram out of my system ?, or how soon till it is safe to switch ?
