Thread: How to prevent hard stool??????????

First sorry about the poor english.

Im 21 female.Im suffering with hard stool.Its been with me for several months.I can poop but its so hard.I poop daily but its painfull and after pooping i sometimes feel burning inside my anus.
Few years ago i had the same thing and i had hermerhoid piles.I took medicine from a doctor and its cured.I dont have piles now but have hard stool.
The other problem with me is ureene problem.I wake up at night and want to go to pee.I dont even drink much water before go to bed.I dont know wheather this has a connection with hard stool problem.

How do i prevent this hard stool problem?Its not a physical problem for me anymore its becoming a mental problem for me.So help me.

Can u tell me what kind of doctor i need to meet for this problem.(type of the specilist/doctor)
