I mean is it good to train the same muscles daily. Because i train the same muscles from Monday to Friday and doing this weekly. Or would it damage my muscles?
Normally for each day i do:
5 sets of 20 push ups
5 sets of 5 chin ups
10 sets of 20 crunches
Is this bad for my muscles since i'm only giving it a day for it to rest and resting on the weekends or is it ok? If it is bad then could you suggest what is better?
