in a typical day my diet would be as follows:

Breakfast:
- 2 bowls of cheerios
- 2 glasses of cranberry juice

Lunch:
-Roast Beef Sandwhich or Chicken (in some form)
w/ fruit

Dinner:
- Roaf beef sandwhich or chicken or roast beef
w/ fruit

In between i eat peanuts and beef jerky.

im looking to cut the fat off my abs from all the drinking in the cold... combined with the gym (heavy lifting) 5 days a week and a combined run of 10-13 miles a week...

this is the correct diet / running plan?
