okay i'm 5'6 and about 11 stone/154 pounds

if i eat 900 calories a day and do between 30 and 60 minutes of cardio a day for a month

how much do weight do you reckon i'd lose?

thanks for any answers, and don't say it's too little please because i've been gradually decreasing calories and i just won't lose anything at 1000 so we'll give 900 a go...
