lets say i follow this diet for exactly two months, no cheating at all:

breakfast: 2 egg whites boiled or 1 banana
lunch: box of raisins or 1 container of yogurt
dinner: 1/2 cup of corn or broccoli

also, if i drink nothing but water and run 1 mile every single day ...

about how much weight will i lose? i'm 5'2 , 150 lbs.
