    how much weight will i lose?

    i do an exercise dvd that is 45 minutes and burns 700 calories and i run 30 minutes which burns about 350 calories. my overall calorie burn a day is 1050. i also eat 1500 calories each day. i weigh 175 and am a female. how much weight willl i lose each week if i stick to this plan? i want to lose 3-4 pounds each week

    To loose weight effectively you should eat less calories than you burn.
    But that sounds really good, so you should loose weight...probably like 2-3 pounds a week.
    Remember what you eat must be healthy and nutrious.
