knowledge? I'm currently 5"11 weighing in @ 270pounds, I know I basically let myself go. Anyways my question to you is if I take in 1500 calories everyday and eat extremely healthy while going to the gym, 1 hour cardio, 5 days a week, how much weight can I lose in 6 months and how much weight can I lose in 1 year???

Or how long do you think it would take me to lose 110pounds???

Also if you have any eating menu plans or motivating words please feel free to share becuase I thing I lack is consistency. Because I really want to bartend but I never see any plus size female bartenders.I mean I have curves and all I want to keep my shape but I just want to lose abot 110 pounds altogether.
