Im 6 ft 1'', 16 stone 4 lbs (228 lbs) and am a 36'' waist.
Im a man and i play sports regurlarly like tennis and I walk a good 3 or 4 miles a day (not including tennis exercise)

I feel that if i go on a strict diet and only have the '3 a day', you know, breakfast lunch and dinner the weight will fall off me, but i seem to have the habit of staying up till late and eating. I know that if I cut that out combined with all the exercise how much realistically are we speaking?
