well yesterday I had a small cup of ice cream and a bowl of nachos...the thing is I think it must of been a lot of salt within them. Because when I went to weigh myself I was 10 pounds heavier. I am pretty sure its water retention because its impossible to gain that much weight in fat over a couple of hours.So my question is how many ounces of water should I drink to lose this excess water weight. so far I have consumed 72 oz my recommended water intake is about 160 oz. I am going back to the gym tonight I hope my one little cheat day did not set back my weight loss goal.
