Okay, so I found out that I'm a bit fat. First I decided to eat less (i.e. starving myself till I get thin enough) because I don't have much time to do exercises, but then I quit because I need more energy to grow tall, too, and I don't think it's very healthy, plus I also enjoy eating (but I know my limits).

So now I want to do some form of exercise, and I have chosen walking (jogging) because I actually enjoy doing it.

What I want to know is, how many hours (approximately) do you need to walk to 1) get rid of all the extra fat and 2) keep fit? And is it necessary to do this everyday? I do walk everyday, to go to school and such, but I'm talking about some extra walking here.


And please, only answer if you actually know what you are talking about. Thanks in advance!
