I drink a lots of skim milk & eat plain yogurt.

and i read the food label, there was a 13g of sugar in skim milk and 13g of plain yogurt for per serving.

are they a natural sugar or a sugar that they added to make taste good?

I calculate all the food that i eat and total for per day I take about 62g of sugars. well its mostly from yogurt and milk...

is it too much sugar for 20 years old woman?

how much of sugar intake for a woman a day?

I really need to know.
