I'm 16 and weigh 115lbs and I'm 5"5. I'm at an okay weight, judging by recent weight charts. I'm just not sure how much I should be eating. If you guys could help, that'd be awesome.

Also, how much exercise should I do a day in order to maintain this weight, and does anyone have suggestions for easy-to-do exercise routines which i could do alone in my bedroom? Looking to tone up, and I don't have access to a gym, its also not safe enough for me to go jogging.
