...take a look)? Breakfast : 1 quaker oatmeal cookie, or 1/2 fruit (such as an apple / banana), 1 kraft bagel-ful, or 1 serving of Honey Bunches of Oates, or 1/2 muffin

Lunch : 1/2 muffin, 1/2 (or 1 whole) fruit ^

Dinner : Salad with no or very little dressing, maybe a little grilled meat.

Plus eating only when I'm hungry, stopping when I'm full, drinking only water, not eating after 7:00.

I lost a lot of weight by doing that but lately I've been binging and over-eating and eating alot of bad food for me. I've probably gained a lot of it back in just a few weeks. I'm so mad...Anway, That was just an example of what I usually eat minus dinner and binges and snacking (because i usually eat something unhealthy for all of those)


EXERCISE = 1-2 miles a day jogged (or as often as I can) so far this week i've only done about 2 because since I've been binging I can't jog on those days. Plus 50 pushups and sit ups.
