if u wana loose weight
abd be healthy
there is only one way
dont watch ur calories or carbs
forget all that
it just gives u stress and makes u worry bout everything too much
just eat what you KNOW is healthy like lota fruits and vegetables
exercise alot, join a sport maybe, weight training also is really good
and get alot of sleep and u will have a 200% increase minimum in how u feel in a month.
and when u go to sleep try not to go to bed right before you sleep.
