Thread: How much did you change when you lost weight?

I just need some motivation from others to further my weight loss like appearance, cloths, hair, skin, guys. I already lost 50 pounds I need to lose 30 more and I'll be at my goal weight. =)

well...i'm 5'3 and i weigh like 115 pounds. last summer i got down to 110 and i felt a lot better..i felt lighter and like i had more energy. my clothes fit better and idk i just felt more sophisticated haha. like my shirts clung to me the way i wanted them to.

as for guys, nothing really changed.
skin was the same. my skin is always clear though...except when i eat a LOT of chocolate then i might have gotten an outbreak but i guess my skin didn't change because i didnt really eat anything differently. i just changed my portions when i lost teh 5 pounds.
hair stayed the same.
