I was thinking about executing a diet where I would drink about 2 liters of water a day, a cup of dry cereal in the morning, a salad in the afternoon, and a lean cuisine at night, mabey a fruit here or there, probobly about 800-1000 calories a day. And working out for three hours each day, doing only cardio such as the eliptical or tredmill. Realistically, how much weight would i lose in a month?
