I'm 18, 5'5" and 140 lbs. About 3-4 weeks ago I started working out almost every day, usually doing 35 minutes of cardio, abs and either weights for arms or legs. I've started eating better too, I'll have a protein shake for breakfast, a salad or a wrap for lunch and I'll try to be healthy for dinner, with fruits and veggies in between. I lost five pounds right away, and now I'm the same, but I'm just wondering about my exercise. I looked at running world.com and they have this beginner program where you run 2 minutes, walk 4 minutes. After doing that for a week I moved on to running 2 minutes walking 3 minutes, and it's still just as hard as it was, if not harder, and I feel so weak! Also, would it be better to swim or run if I wanted to slim down more?
