...they were started training? I admit, when I first started lifting I too fell into the whole supplement thing, I wanted to get bigger just like those in the magazines(aka supplement catalog). In my quest I wasted too much money and effort on worthless products. Years later I look back and see other kids suckered into wasting their money just like I did. The circle repeats......

The other day, a kid was asking me what I used. When I told him I simply ate whole protein foods and supplemented my remaining protein requirements with good ol' whey/casein powders he went away disappointed. Like I was hiding some kind of 'secret" supplement.

Does this happen to you? People ask you what your "secret" is?
