I am 5'3 and 120 pounds. I try to run, I really do. If I wanted to lose a few pounds and lose that all over chub over the midsection, the love handles and the inner thigh fat, how many kms should i be running daily? I will try as hard as i need to to see a few inches of difference around my midsection. Also i have these gross love handles, which will probably be the hardest to burn, any tips?
