Okay after i'm done being grounded, I have a plan for my workout.

-I'm going to be changing my lifestyle, like no processed foods, eat small portions, and eat breakfast.

I jog 3 times a day(for 30 min) in the morning(so I can get rid of some of my fat on my stomach.


Then in the afternoon everyday i would be working out with weights, after the workout, eat meat and rice high on protein.




I'm planning on get muscular, but there is still "a little" fat on my stomach. Should I jog less so I wont burn off some of my muscle??
