Breakfast: 1 fruit custard pie ( a bit smaller width wise than your fist)
Lunch: 1/3 plate spaghetti, 1/2 plate salad with a couple chunks FETA cheese.
Snack: 1fruit custard pie
Dinner: 1 ryebread sandwich ( some butter, 1 slice cheese, 1 slice ham and some veggies)
Drink: water only
P.S. If you refer me to a calorie counting website i will NOT give you 10 points! And I know my meals today werent nutriotionally valuable so no need to point it out!
