I'm 90 and 5'4 I run 8 miles on the treadmill at 7mph and higher monday, wednestday, Friday and sometimes Sunday, On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I have 90 minutes Master Ballet class. I also do a little stregth training here and there. How many calories should i be eating? and Heres what i ate today did i eat too much or too little

Breakfast: Instant Oatmeal packet with Strawberry fields cereal on top and a banana

Then I ran my 8 miles

2:00 I had a Venti Coffee light blended Frapp (around 200 cal)

dinner: I had a turkey and Provolone Bageutte with a salad (no-cal dressing)

and for dessert I had a few scoops of fat free frozen yogurt with frozen berries on top
