I've used the online formulas and they all say that to maintain my weight I need to eat anywhere from 3200 to 3500 calories based on my activity level (moderate to heavy). I try to eat in 3 day cycles of 2500 calories and 3000 calories for 1 day to loose weight. I try to eat 4 to 5 small meals a day.

I am 6'0ft. I weigh 210 lbs, I have a 34 inch waist. I"m trying to loose 15 lbs or so to get to a 32 waist or lower which i was in a year ago.

I weight lift 5 days a week differnt body sets each day.
I cardio for an hour on the machine which burns 800 calories at least 4 times a week.

I've been doing this for a month and haven't seen any fat loss.

Can anyone help me out?
