I'm 21 year old female. I just started dieting because I gained 10 lbs in a year and now i'm trying to lose it. I weigh 143, i'm 5'7, and i want to lose 10-15 lbs. using calorie counter, it's estimated, because i work out 6 days a week, that i should be burning about 2512 calories a day. How many calories should i be consuming a day to lose weight? A good range or estimate would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks :-)
