I weigh 130lbs Im 24 year old male and Im 5'11
The calorie calculators say in order to gain weight I need to eat 2500 calories worth with the amount of excersise I do.
BUT Im also a diabetic and my diatition a long time ago said that I need to eat between 2400-2600 calories a day so with my normal life plus the excersise which will be 4 hours each day of walking, jogging, running, climbing and gym excersise, does that mean I need to eat 2500(for excersise) + 24-2600(normal diet) together?
So around 5000 calories a day??

I tried to call my diatition but its the holiday and Im starting my excersise program saturday.
Im trying to gain weight and muscle and become even more physically fit than I already am.
