if this was my weekly exercise schedule how many cals would I burn?

- 3 x 4 kilometre run
- 5 hours ballet classes
- 1 hour ice skating
- 7 hours rhythmic gymnastics training [equiv. to the ballet lessons in terms of intensity of training]


I'm 15, I weigh 55kg [120-123lbs] and I'm 161cm tall [about 3'5.5"]. At the moment I eat 500-800 calories per day [900-1000 on a day where I eat heaps].
