So this is what I do know...correct me if I am wrong.
Elliptical - 40 min. burns 550 calories for my weight.
so how many calories will I burn by doing this:
elliptical - 40 min.
crunches - 4 sets of 20 reps
push ups 3 sets of 10 reps
bicep curls 3 sets of 10 reps
upright row 3 sets of 10 reps
front shoulder raise w/ press 3 sets of 10 reps
standing trunk twists 100 reps
chair leg lifts 4 sets of 20 reps
pelvic thrusts 4 sets of 20 reps
or could you give me a website that has these exercises on it and tell you how many calories are being burned?
