Thread: how to make ur period delayed?

what can u do so your period becomes delayed am going swimming hopefully and my period should come i dont want it to come till thursday what can i do to make it delayed am 14??

only birth control can impact your period (as far as I know) but I don't recommend messing around with that if you have it. I started a new pack when I was supposed to on my off week and ended up with a period for a month! Just find a way to work around it...tampons aren't the most fun but will do the trick.

Nothing. The only way to control when your period comes is when you're on the pill. Otherwise there's nothing you can do.
