Yeah yeah, I know I shouldn't focus on losing weight fast but it's kind of mandatory.

I was thinking 10-15 pounds in 3 weeks if that's possible. I know a lot of people that have lost 8 pounds in just one week so don't say that I can't do so. They didn't starve themselves either.

I know it won't come off super fast but is there any certain thing that I can do to speed up the process? Other than starving myself or purging. And I know to cut out the junk food and such and to exercise daily. Anything else?
