I am 5'7" and weigh 147.I use to weigh 128 a couple of years ago. I looked SO much better then, but I don't know how to get back to that weight.ive been doing weight watchers for almost a year now. I have never had kids or anything, i had been on the pill since i was 14 because of girl issues lol... but i stopped taking it about 3 months ago and i haven't lost any weight.I have not changed my eating habits for the worse, i have fallen into some bulimic patterns but for the most part i eat ok. I am a vegetarian, not vegan and i tend to eat waay to many carbs. any tips? i am only 20 and i have more cellulite than my mom. it's embarrassing to even leave the house. i admire carrie underwood because she was about the size i am now when she got on AI but now she is very thin. I am getting married in a year and i would like to go from a size 7/8 back to a 3/4 like i use to be! help me pleeeease =(
