So...I have managed to lose 30 pounds over the past year and a half, VERY slowly and gradually...
and now i'm starting to speed up that process (there was maybe a 5 break interlude also...) I would like to lose these last 15 pounds nicely, and "tone" up, meaning I want to tone my arms, that's about it. I just want to have smaller arms, I do NOT want bulk (being a guy,) just want my batwings gone.

Advice?! And I have stretchmarks on my arms too. oopsies! Bad candy. BADBADBAD. Any way that toning your arms reduces them?
