ok so i do gymnastics and cheerleading and we work out 3 nights a week and compete on the weekends. but i wanna lose at-least 5 pounds in not fat i just wanna be healthier. so whats a good way to do it i know to work out more and eat healthy but idk what to eat? could you please tell me what to eat ? please nothing to out there or that takes longer then a 1/2 hour to make. thank u so much
