im 14 years olds, girl, 180 pounds, 5'7. i wanna lose 40-60 pounds by july. im very upset that i always have to buy XXL sizes when i go to aeropostale, abercrombie, etc. so i wanna be able to fit into Medium and Large sizes by the summer. I plan on exersizing each day starting Saturday, for one hour. >.< And I plan on NOT eating any more fattie foods, and to start eating more salad and healthy crap. Lol, will i be able to lose 40-60 pounds by summer? and if not by the ways i listed above, then what should i do to lose some weight?
