I was wondering if anyone knew a good way to loose weight fast which doesn't involve barfing your brains out like some people have recommended. I tend to snack a little to often just because of boredom and I've noticed myself drinking a lot more liquids to try and eliminate my cravings. I do 100 sit-ups a day and I still have a pudgy belly. I don't like it. I want to loose about 15 pounds but don't know how to go about it. Any tips? Please and thanks ^__^
